Vijay has started shooting for his upcoming film ‘Sura’, directed by SP Rajkumar. The buzz over the movie is that the 50th movie of Ilaya Thalapathy might be a remake of Mohan Lal’s Malayalam movie ‘Chota Mumbai’. The gossip stems from the fact that Vijay had openly said a few years ago that he would love to remake the movie.
The fact that Vijay’s Sura is set in the backdrop of Kerala’s coastal area adds credence to the rumour. Vijay is said to be playing a fisherman in the film.
